India says committed to 'no first use' of 核の 武器s for now

NEW DELHI, Aug 16 (Reuters) - India has stuck to its かかわり合い of 'no first use' of 核の 武器s but 未来 政策 will depend on the 状況／情勢, the defence 大臣 said on Friday, which 分析家s said introduced a level of ambiguity in a 核心 国家の 安全 doctrine.
India 宣言するd itself a 核の 武器s 力／強力にする after 行為／行うing 地下組織の 実験（する）s in 1998 and long-time 競争相手 Pakistan 答える／応じるd with its own 実験（する）s すぐに afterwards. Since then, 核の 専門家s say the 競争相手s have been developing 核の 武器s and the ミサイルs to 配達する them.
In a visit to Pokhran in western India, the 場所／位置 of the 核の 実験（する）s, Defence 大臣 Rajnath Singh paid 尊敬の印 to late former 首相 and 深い尊敬の念を抱くd leader of the 判決，裁定 Hindu 国家主義者s, Atal Behari Vajpayee, for making India into a 核の 力／強力にする.

At the time of the 実験（する）s, India said it needed a deterrent against 核の-武装した 中国 but it has also long been 関心d about Pakistan's 核の 能力s.
COMMENTS AIMED AT PAKISTAN?
Shekhar Gupta, a political commentator and defence 専門家, said the 政府 appeared to have an open mind on the 問題／発行する of 'no first use' of 核の 武器 and the comments could be 目的（とする）d at Pakistan, which has said 以前 it needed to develop small 核の 武器s to 阻止する a sudden attack by India.
"Rajnath Singh is 手段d and not given to loose talk or bluster. He isn´t signalling a 転換, but an open mind on the NFU (No First Use) 相続するd from Vajpayee´s 核の Doctrine," he said on Twitter.
