India says committed to 'no first use' of 核の 武器s for now

NEW DELHI, Aug 16 (Reuters) - India has stuck to its かかわり合い of 'no first use' of 核の 武器s but 未来 政策 will depend on the 状況/情勢, the defence 大臣 said on Friday, which 分析家s said introduced a level of ambiguity in a 核心 国家の 安全 doctrine.

COMMENTS AIMED AT PAKISTAN?

Shekhar Gupta, a political commentator and defence 専門家, said the 政府 appeared to have an open mind on the 問題/発行する of 'no first use' of 核の 武器 and the comments could be 目的(とする)d at Pakistan, which has said 以前 it needed to develop small 核の 武器s to 阻止する a sudden attack by India.
