Novo Nordisk contests Danish 訴訟 （人命などを）奪う，主張するing $1.75 bln
COPENHAGEN, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Danish insulin-製造者 Novo Nordisk said it would fight a 訴訟 とじ込み／提出するd in a Danish 法廷，裁判所 on Friday which 主張するs the company made 誤って導くing 声明s about its insulin 商売／仕事 in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, the company said in a 声明.
"Novo Nordisk 同意しないs with the 主張s and is 用意が出来ている to defend the company in this 事柄," the company said.
The 安全s 訴訟 was とじ込み／提出するd by a number of 株主s who （人命などを）奪う，主張するs 補償（金） 価値（がある） a total of 11.785 billion Danish 栄冠を与えるs ($1.75 billion) based on 貿易（する）ing of Novo 株 for two years from February 2015.

Lawyer Thomas Ryhl, 代表するing about 260 年金 基金s behind the 訴訟, said Novo failed to tell the entire truth behind the company's 増加するd 歳入 in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
"They did, but they did it too late. What they said in 2016, they should have said already in 2014 and 2015," he said.
