WASHINGTON, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Iowa's 共和国の／共和党の 上院議員 Chuck Grassley said the Trump 行政's 環境の 保護 機関 has "screwed" the U.S. ethanol 産業 and 農業者s by 認めるing 権利放棄s to 31 small 石油 精油所s, 効果的に 免除されたing them from an 義務 to use more ethanol in their 製品s.
