Chinese 大使館 tells Canada to stop 干渉 in Hong Kong 事件／事情／状勢s
OTTAWA, Aug 18 (Reuters) - 中国's 大使館 in Ottawa 警告するd Canada on Sunday to stop 干渉 in Hong Kong 事件／事情／状勢s a day after the country 問題／発行するd a 共同の 声明 with the European Union in 弁護 of the "根底となる 権利 of 議会" for Hong Kong 国民s.
Hundreds of thousands of anti-政府 抗議する人s 決起大会／結集させるd 平和的に in Hong Kong on Sunday in the 11th week of what have been often violent demonstrations in the Asian 財政上の 中心.
On the eve of Sunday's 決起大会／結集させる, Canadian 外務大臣 Chyrstia Freeland and EU 外交政策 長，指導者 Federica Mogherini said: "根底となる freedoms, 含むing the 権利 of 平和的な 議会 ... must continue to be upheld."

"The 関連した 抗議するs and demonstrations in Hong Kong have already 悪化するd and 発展させるd into extreme 暴力／激しさ. In 直面する of such 厳しい 暴力／激しさ and 罪／違反s, no 政府 with a sense of 責任／義務 would sit idly by," the 声明 said.
Canada's foreign 省 had no 即座の 返答. Canada has about 300,000 国民s living in Hong Kong, the 省 has said.
