Japan 製造業者s turn 悲観的な for first time since 2013 - Reuters Tankan

TOKYO, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Japanese 製造業者s turned 悲観的な about 商売／仕事 prospects for the first time in more than six years in August as the spectre of a 全世界の 下降 ぼんやり現れるs large まっただ中に the 増大するing Sino-U.S. 貿易（する） war, the 月毎の Reuters Tankan 調査する showed on Monday.
関心s about 弱めるing 全世界の 需要・要求する 強めるd last week after a closely watched 社債 market 指示する人（物） pointed to the growing 危険 of a U.S. 後退，不況, and data showed Germany's economy was in 収縮過程 and 中国's was より悪くするing.
The news その上の soured the 見通し for 輸出（する）-reliant economies such as Japan's.
The 月毎の 投票, which 跡をつけるs the 日本銀行's (日本銀行) closely-watched tankan 年４回の 調査する, 設立する 製造業者s' mood slid for a third straight month to minus 4 in August from the 事前の month's 加える 3.
It was the weakest 感情 reading since April 2013, when it was minus 4, dragged 負かす／撃墜する by electric 機械／機構, metals, food 加工業者s and 輸送（する） 器具／備品.
信用／信任 in the service 部門 also 急落（する），激減（する）d, to 加える 13 from 加える 25 in July, 予定 to big 減少（する）s at 卸売業者s and retailers. That will raise questions over how much longer 国内の 需要・要求する can remain resilient enough to 相殺する rising 外部の 圧力s, with a rise in the 国内の 物品税 始める，決める for October.

While the Reuters Tankan's 製造業者s' 感情 索引 is seen swinging 支援する to 加える 3 over the next three months, the service-部門 索引 is 推定する／予想するd to remain 不変の at 加える 13 in November.
"The U.S.-中国 貿易（する） war, Japan's 輸出（する） 抑制（する）s to South Korea and the 最近の yen rises have formed a bottleneck for sales," a 経営者／支配人 of an electric 機械／機構 製造者 wrote in the July 31-Aug. 14 調査する.
"The selling price remains in a downtrend 予定 to 拡大 of e-商業 markets, while a scheduled 物品税 引き上げ（る） keep shoppers on guard against price increas es," a retailer 経営者／支配人 wrote in the Reuters 投票 of 504 large- and 中央の-sized companies. A total of 258 会社／堅いs 答える／応じるd on 条件 of anonymity.
The 日本銀行's last tankan out earlier last month showed big 製造業者s' 商売／仕事 信用／信任 fell to a nearly three-year low in the ４半期/4分の1 to June.
The Reuters Tankan 索引s are calculated by subtracting the 百分率 of 悲観的な 回答者／被告s from 楽観的な ones. A 消極的な 人物／姿／数字 means 悲観論者s より数が多い 楽天主義者s.
