BRIGHTON, England, Sept 22 (Reuters) - Britain's 対立 労働 Party will on Monday 始める，決める out a 6 billion 続けざまに猛撃する per year 計画（する） to help look after 年輩の people, as it pitches its 経済的な 協議事項 for a 社会主義者-run country at the party's 年次の 会議／協議会.
