Poland's 議会 on knife-辛勝する／優位 as 対立 takes upper house

WARSAW, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Poland's 国家主義者 法律 and 司法（官） (PiS) party appears to have 辛うじて won a second 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in 力／強力にする, final results from Sunday's 議会の 選挙 showed, but its 運動 to 押し進める through its 協議事項 may be 妨害するd by its loss of the upper house.
On a day of high 演劇, what had looked like a （疑いを）晴らす-削減（する） victory for PiS morphed into a knife-辛勝する／優位 contest for the more powerful lower house and an 対立 勝利，勝つ in the upper house, 取引，協定ing a serious blow to the socially 保守党 which had 目的（とする）d for a big enough 大多数 to change the 憲法.
Coming on the day that Hungarian 総理大臣 Viktor Orban, a 重要な PiS 同盟（する）, 苦しむd his first 敗北・負かす in about a １０年間 by losing 支配（する）／統制する of the 資本／首都 Budapest, Sunday's result in Warsaw 示すd another 後退 for 国家主義者s in the European Union who want to ひったくる 支援する 力／強力にする from Brussels.
Final results showed PiS winning 43.6% of the ポーランドの（人） 投票（する）, up from 37.6% in 2015. However, under Poland's コンビナート／複合体 選挙（人）の system the result may not be enough to give PiS a 大多数 and it may be 軍隊d to find 連合 partners.
The 選挙（人）の （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 計画（する）s to 発表する the number of seats each party has won at around 1800 GMT.
In the 100-seat upper house, the 上院, the 対立 （人命などを）奪う，主張するd victory, with the 中道派（の） 市民の 連合 publishing on Twitter the 指名するs of 51 対立 members and 同盟（する）s who had won seats.
"上院 won 支援する. Thanks to the 協定 of 野党s, the 対立 will have the 大多数 in the 上院," the leader of one 野党 Katarzyna Lubnauer wrote on Twitter.
During its first 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in 力／強力にする PiS 伸び（る）d a 評判 for 押し進めるing through 法律制定 at break-neck 速度(を上げる）, with あわてて called late-night sittings of the Sejm, the lower house of 議会, followed by quick 是認 from the upper house.
支配（する）／統制する of the 上院 would 許す the opposit イオン to 封鎖する or 延期する 法律制定 提案するd by PiS and would also give it a say on 指名／任命s to some of Poland´s highest 会・原則s such as the civil 権利s ombudsman.
PiS, which fought the 選挙 with 誓約（する）s to defend 愛国的な and カトリック教徒 values and その上の 増加する 福利事業 spending, had been hoping for a two thirds 大多数 of seats in the Sejm that would have 許すd it to reshape the 憲法.
Sources from both PiS and the main 対立 配合, the 中道派（の） 市民の 連合, agreed that the result for the Sejm was a の近くに call.

"We saved Poland. ... It is time to 完全にする decommunisation. It is time to stop the LGBT dictate!," 副 Digitalisation 大臣 Andrzej Andruszkiewicz, who is seen as の近くに to far-権利 政治家，政治屋s, wrote in a tweet.

EU leaders congratulated PiS on its 選挙 victory, though Brussels has taken Poland to 法廷，裁判所 over the party's previous judicial 改革（する）s and has criticised some of its other 政策s.
Throughout the （選挙などの）運動をする, PiS told 投票者s that 商売／仕事 and cultural エリートs should be 取って代わるd with people who espouse 愛国的な values, to 少しのd out what it says is a 共産主義者-時代 web of 影響（力） that 妨げるs fair market 競争.
