Romania's 提案するd 政府 直面するs 信用／信任 投票（する） 重要な for EU policymaking

BUCHAREST, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Romanian 国会議員s will 持つ／拘留する a 信任投票 on Monday for the 中道派（の） 少数，小数派 閣僚 of 総理大臣-指定する Ludovic Orban, the 結果 of which 危険s 延長するing a policymaking vacuum in the European Union.
The new European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 team had been 予定 to take over on Nov. 1, but a political 強く引っ張る-of-war in Bucharest that 妨げるd it from 指名するing a viable commissioner 危険s 押し進めるing that 行方不明になるd 最終期限 beyond the start of December.

Should Orban lose the 投票（する）, the country's 大統領，／社長 would have to 指名する a new 首相, likely その上の 延期するing Romania's 選ぶ for the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 - jeopardising the timely 是認 of the entire new team.
Orban's 対立 自由主義の Party spearheaded the no- 信用／信任 投票（する） which led to the 崩壊（する） of the Social 民主党員 政府 on Oct. 10.
While Orban said late on Sunday he was 確信して his 政府 would be 認可するd, the 投票（する） yet might be 延期するd because the 追い出すd Social 民主党員s and smaller プロの／賛成の Romania 配合 have said they will ボイコット（する） the 会合.
Without them, not enough 国会議員s would be 現在の and the 投票（する） would have to be 延期するd until after a two-一連の会議、交渉／完成する 大統領の 選挙 on Nov. 10 and Nov. 24.
"We do not understand the PSD ボイコット（する）," Orban told reporters late on Sunday. "にもかかわらず it, I am 確信して that tomorrow we will give Romania a 合法的 政府."
The two-house 議会 is 予定 to start the 審議s at 1200 GMT, followed by the 投票（する）ing 開会／開廷／会期.
補佐官s to Orban told Reuters on Tuesday he would 指名する his country's 候補者 for the Commision after the 投票（する）, if successful.
If Orban's 閣僚 is not 認可するd, some 分析家s e xpect 大統領 Klaus Iohannis and the 去っていく／社交的な 総理大臣 Viorica Dancila to 妥協 on a （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 提案.
"I would 推定する／予想する the two main political 軍隊s in Bucharest to try to reach a 妥協 on this 問題／発行する in order not to 損失 the country´s image," said Paul Ivan, a 政策 分析家 in Brussels at the European 政策 Centre (EPC).
"封鎖するing the 残り／休憩（する） of the EU is not a 望ましい position for Romania and Bucharest knows this."
