JOHANNESBURG, Nov 15 (Reuters) - South Africa's biggest platinum 採掘 union 調印（する）d three-year 行う 引き上げ（る） 協定s with Anglo American Platinum, Impala Platinum, and Sibanye-Stillwater on Friday, ending months of 交渉 over 支払う／賃金.
The 取引，協定 comes as a 救済 to the 部門, where 公式の／役人s were fearful of a repeat of a five-month platinum strike in 2014-2015 which 手足を不自由にする／（物事を）損なうd 生産／産物 and 傷つける the economy.

"It is encouraging that the 交渉s were 行為／行うd in a 建設的な manner without any disruption," Sibanye-Stillwater CEO Neal Froneman said in a 声明.
Both Sibanye-Stillwater and Anglo American Platinum agreed to 増加する 労働者s' 給料 by 1,000 ランド a month.
"We are very pleased to have reached an 協定, and we welcome the collaborative and 建設的な 約束／交戦s with the unions throughout the 過程," Amplats CEO Chris Griffith said.
