Libya's Haftar makes 押し進める in western Libya

BENGHAZI, Libya/TRIPOLI, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Eastern Libyan 軍の 指揮官 Khalifa Haftar sought on Sunday to open a new 前線 by moving 軍隊s に向かって the city of Misrata, which is 連合した to the country's 国祭的な recognised 政府, 公式の／役人s and 居住（者）s said.

The 増加する in fighting comes a week after the UAE, Egypt, Russia, which 支援する Haftar, and Turkey, which 支援するs the 政府 in Tripoli, agreed with western 力／強力にするs at a 首脳会議 in Berlin to 押し進める for a 継続している 停戦 and 支持する an 武器 出入港禁止.

Erdogan said the Libyan general, who abandoned 会談 on a 停戦 in Moscow this month and 封鎖d oilfields during the Berlin 首脳会議, cannot be 信用d.
Speaking during a visit to Algeria, Erdogan said Libya "should not be 許すd to turn into a playground for テロリスト organisations and 将軍s".
Before leaving for Algeria, Erdogan said Haftar's 軍隊s had 繰り返して 侵害する／違反するd the 停戦. "He's continuing attacks with all his 資源s. However, he will not be successful here."
Libya has had no stable central 当局 since the 倒れるing of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011. It has had two 競争相手 政府s, in the east and the west, for more than five years.
In Berlin, foreign 力／強力にするs agreed to form a special 委員会 made up of five 軍の 公式の／役人s from each 味方する to shore up the 不安定な 一時休戦. They are 予定 to 会合，会う for the first time this week in Geneva.
The U.N. 使節団 in Libya said on Saturday that 非常に／多数の 貨物 flights bringing 武器s, トラックで運ぶs and 闘士，戦闘機s from countries that took part in the 首脳会議 have been 上陸 in both western and eastern Libya.
