武装した groups in Colombia are still 新採用するing children, NGOs say

BOGOTA, Jan 30 (Reuters) - 違法な 武装した groups are still 新採用するing children in Colombia, 支配するing them to 性の 乱用 and using them as 大砲 fodder in 武装した 衝突, 人道的な groups said on Thursday.
"In Colombia the 新採用するing and use of minors is a ありふれた and systemic practice which changes to 会合，会う the new 需要・要求するs of the 武装した 衝突," said Olga Silva of Humanidad Vigente, which published a 報告（する）／憶測 along with Oxfam and Benposta Nacion de Muchachos. Last week a 報告（する）／憶測 by Human 権利s Watch said children as young as 12 were 存在 新採用するd by 武装した groups in the east of the country.
