U.S. will not 完全に 身を引く 軍隊s from Africa -米国防総省 長，指導者

"We are not going to 全く 身を引く 軍隊s from Africa... I know that is the 関心 of many folks, but again I would say that no 決定／判定勝ち（する）s have been made yet, this is a 過程," Esper said.
Esper is spearheading the review. The U.S. 現在／一般に has around 6,000 軍の 職員／兵員 in Africa, and the 可能性 of 削減（する）s has alarmed フラン, which relies on U.S. 知能 and 兵たん業務 for its 4,500-strong 使節団 in the Sahel.
