U.S. パネル盤's 暫定的な 判決，裁定 favours LG Chem in 貿易（する） secrets 事例／患者 with SK

SEOUL, Feb 16 (Reuters) - A U.S. 貿易（する） パネル盤 preliminarily 支配するd in favour of South Korean electric 乗り物 (EV) 殴打／砲列 製造者 LG Chem which had （刑事）被告 crosstown 競争相手 SK 革新 of misappropriating 貿易（する） secrets, the companies said on Sunday.
LG Chem and SK 革新 have 攻撃する，衝突する each other with U.S. 訴訟s for 窃盗s of 貿易（する） secrets and 特許 違反s in a bitter 列／漕ぐ／騒動 that 脅すs to 混乱に陥れる／中断させる the 開始する，打ち上げるs of EVs by some of the world's biggest car 製造者s.
The いわゆる default judgment by the U.S. 国際貿易委員会 (ITC) could 潜在的に mean SK 革新, as sought by LG Chem, cannot 輸入する some 殴打／砲列 製品s, 構成要素s and 構成要素s it may need to 供給（する） its U.S. factories for Volkswagen and Ford モーターs.
The ITC is 始める，決める to make a final 判決，裁定 in the 事例／患者 on Oct. 5, LG Chem said in a 声明.
