Nikkei ends higher for third 開会／開廷／会期 as Tokyo 緊急 誘発する／引き起こすs short-covering

TOKYO, April 8 (Reuters) - Japanese 株 の近くにd firmer for a third 開会／開廷／会期 on Wednesday as 総理大臣 Shinzo Abe ended market 不確定 by 宣言するing a long-を待つd 緊急, which led 投資家s to buy in shorted 在庫／株s of 鉄道 and department 蓄える／店 操作者s.
The Nikkei 株 普通の／平均（する） の近くにd 2.13% firmer at 19,353.24, 辛勝する／優位ing 近づく its March 25 high of 19,564, while the broader Topix 伸び（る）d 1.59% to 1,425.47.
Besides short-covering after the 宣言 of 緊急, which will give 当局 more 力／強力にする to 圧力（をかける） people to stay at home and 商売／仕事s to の近くに, hopes of a 減産／沈滞 in the coronavirus-関係のある deaths have also been propping up markets.
"Markets have known that it is coming and is welcoming the move," said Hiroshi Masushima, market 分析家 at Monex 安全s.

J.前線 小売ing 伸び（る）d 6.6%, while Takashimaya rose 6.1%.
