Indonesia police will not bring 殺人 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s in 事例／患者 of transgender woman 燃やすd to death
JAKARTA, April 8 (Reuters) - Indonesian police said on Wednesday they would not bring 殺人 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s against 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs （刑事）被告 of 殺人，大当り a transgender woman by 浴びせる／消すing her with 石油 and setting her on 解雇する／砲火／射撃.
The 43-year-old died on Sunday from 燃やすs 支えるd in the 出来事/事件 a day earlier. Her death was 報告（する）／憶測d by Indonesian マスコミ on Tuesday.
Police said on Wednesday they believed the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs who 始める，決める the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 had not 燃やすd her 故意に. They identified six 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs, three of whom had been 逮捕（する）d.
Budhi Herdi Susianto, the North Jakarta police 長，指導者, said the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs had （刑事）被告 the woman of stealing and 浴びせる／消すd her with 石油. One of the 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs had lit a match, but did not ーするつもりである to 燃やす her, the police 長，指導者 said.
The 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs could be 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with physical 暴力／激しさ, carrying a 最大限 宣告，判決 of 12 years.
Usman Hamid, the Indonesian 代表者／国会議員 of 国際アムネスティ, told Reuters it seemed too 早期に for the police to 結論する that there was no 意図 to 始める，決める the woman on 解雇する／砲火／射撃.
"The police need take investigative 活動／戦闘s that are impartial and 独立した・無所属. They can't seem like the 悪党／犯人s' lawyers," he said.
Andreas Harsono, a 研究員 with Human 権利s Watch, said the 出来事/事件 was indicative of a rise in 敵意 and vilification of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.
"Her death should be a 思い出の品 to many Indonesians that transgender women deserve 司法（官） and equal 権利s," he said.
"Thousands of transgender women, gay men or lesbian women have been humiliated in Indonesia these past few years."
Homosexuality is not 規制するd by 法律 in Indonesia, except in Aceh 州 where same-sex relations are banned under sharia 法律. But growing social and 宗教的な 保守主義 has driven 増大するing vitriol toward 性の 少数，小数派s in the world's most populous イスラム教徒-大多数 country.
