Norwegian 空気／公表する 捜し出すs $4.3 bln 負債-for-公正，普通株主権 取引，協定 as 危機 深くするs

OSLO, April 8 (Reuters) - Norwegian 空気／公表する 計画（する）s to 変える up to $4.3 billion of its 負債 into 公正，普通株主権 and to 問題／発行する new 株 as it 捜し出すs to stay in 商売／仕事 に引き続いて the COVID-19 突発／発生 that has grounded almost all of its (n)艦隊／(a)素早い, the 予算 運送／保菌者 said on Wednesday.
The move would 許す the 航空機による to tap 政府 保証（人）s of up to 3 billion Norwegian 栄冠を与えるs ($292 million), which are 扶養家族 on the company 減ずるing its 割合 of 負債 to 公正，普通株主権.
Growing 速く in the last １０年間 to become Europe's third-largest low-cost 航空機による and the biggest foreign 運送／保菌者 serving New York and other major U.S. cities, Norwegian had 蓄積するd 負債s and 義務／負債s of の近くに to $8 billion by the end of 2019.
On March 16, the company 発表するd 一時的な layoffs of 7,300 従業員s, about 90% of its 全労働人口, and the に引き続いて day called on Norway's 政府 for help, 説 it needed cash "within weeks, not months".

The company must 納得させる its creditors to agree to the 計画（する） before it is put to a 株主s' 投票（する） on May 4.
If 認可するd, Norwegian would 変える part or all of its 社債s 価値（がある） 5.68 billion 栄冠を与えるs into 株 同様に as 賃貸し（する）ing 負債 of up to 38.82 billion 栄冠を与えるs, the company said.
It would also 目的（とする） to raise at least 300 million 栄冠を与えるs of fresh cash by selling new 株, with the 目的（とする） of reaching a total of 400 million to 会合，会う 政府 条件 for its 援助（する）.
Those 取引，協定s are far in 超過 of the company's market capitalisation of 1.4 billion 栄冠を与えるs and will 意味ありげに dilute 存在するing 公正，普通株主権.
資産 経営者／支配人 Sissener AS, which 持つ／拘留するs 社債s in Norwegian with a 名目上の value of $5 million, but also shorted some 在庫／株, said creditors may have few 選択s but to 受託する the 提案.
掴むing the underlying 資産s would make little sense in the 現在の 状況／情勢, the 基金's 設立するing partner Jan Petter Sissener told Reuters.
"One of the 社債s has a hangar as 安全, who needs a hangar today? And the others, with 安全 in slots at Gatwick, they don't have much value today either," Sissener said.
On the other 手渡す, foreign creditors may not see it the same way, he 追加するd.
"It's the American 社債 支えるもの／所有者s that are calling the 発射s and they may have a different 協議事項, I don't know how they will 反応する."

While Norwegian quickly qualified for 接近 to 10% of 政府 保証（人）s introduced to help 商売／仕事s 天候 the coronavirus 危機, it must 納得させる 財政上の creditors to 一時的に forego 支払い（額）s if it is to 接近 the second tranche, 価値（がある） 1.2 billion 栄冠を与えるs.
