GENEVA, April 8 (Reuters) - The 長，率いる of the World Health Organization gave a strident 弁護 of his 機関's 扱うing of the COVID-19 pandemic on Wednesday, in 返答 to a question about U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump's 批評 and suggestion that Washington could review 基金ing.
