KazMunayGaz to 捜し出す creditor 同意 for Kaztransgas spin-off
ALMATY, June 5 (Reuters) - Kazakh 明言する／公表する oil and gas 会社／堅い KazMunayGaz 計画（する）s to spin off its natural gas shipping and 貿易（する）ing 子会社 Kaztransgas and will 捜し出す creditors' 同意 for the move, it said on Friday.
KazMunayGaz owns both upstream and 石油精製 資産s 同様に as 子会社s operating the Central Asian nation's oil and gas pipelines, Kaztransoil and Kaztransgas.
