候補者s for ウクライナ共和国 Central Bank 知事 after Smoliy's 出口

KYIV, July 9 (Reuters) - The shock 辞職 of Ukrainian Central Bank 長，指導者 Yakiv Smoliy 動揺させるd markets last week as 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskiy's 政府 tried to 安心させる 投資家s and foreign 支援者s that its 改革（する） 協議事項 remained on 跡をつける.
Smoliy やめる 予定 to what he called "systematic political 圧力", weeks after ウクライナ共和国 安全な・保証するd a $5 billion International 通貨の 基金 一括 that is 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 on the central bank remaining 解放する／自由な of political 干渉.
議会 could 任命する his 後継者 next week. に引き続いて are some of the 候補者s 指名するd by Zelenskiy's party or 地元の マスコミ.
KYRYLO SHEVCHENKO
Shevchenko, 47, 長，率いるs 明言する／公表する-run Ukrgasbank. He criticised 通貨の 政策 under Smoliy as hawkish and for letting the hryvnia 通貨 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がる, while 賞賛するing the 政府's 成果／努力s to make 貸付金s cheaper for 商売／仕事s.
He has been tipped by 地元の マスコミ as the next 知事 since February but has not commented on this 公然と. Zelenskiy 賞賛するd Ukrgasbank as the first bank to 問題／発行する cheaper 貸付金s to small 商売／仕事s through a 政府 programme.
国会議員s in Zelenskiy's party, 含むing Danylo Hetmantsev, 長，率いる of the 議会の 財政／金融 委員会, have 賞賛するd Shevchenko's professionalism.
Zelenskiy's party also 指名するd Hetmantsev as a 可能性のある 候補者 but he 支配するd himself out.
BOHDAN DANYLYSHYN
Danylyshyn, 55, 長，率いるs the central bank's 監督上の 会議 and was economy 大臣 under 総理大臣 Yulia Tymoshenko from 2007-2010.
Under his leadership, the 監督上の 会議 has criticised the central bank for its tight 通貨の 政策, for cutting 率s too slowly and 許すing the hryvnia to 高く評価する／（相場などが）上がる.
He says the central bank should support 政府 政策s and 供給する the economy with cheap 貸付金s.
He has also called for 明言する／公表する-run PrivatBank and its former owners to 持つ／拘留する 建設的な 対話. The 国際通貨基金 取引，協定 is 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 on the 2016 nationalisation of PrivatBank, done as part of a clean-up of the banking system, not 存在 逆転するd.
OLENA SHCHERBAKOVA
Shcherbakova, 50, also sits on the central bank's 監督上の 会議 and supported Danylyshyn's 批評s of 通貨の 政策 under Smoliy.
She was director of the central bank's 通貨の 政策 department under 大統領 Viktor Yanukovich from 2011-2014, a time when it ran a 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 交流 率 政策 that led to a 落ちる in foreign 交流 reserves to $5 billion.
VOLODYMYR LAVRENCHUK
Lavrenchuk, 62, is the former 長，率いる of ウクライナ共和国's second-biggest bank, the 地元の 子会社 of Austria's Raiffeisen Bank. He was a frontrunner to 後継する 知事 Valeria Gontareva when she 辞職するd in 2017.
