July 22 (Reuters) - The Department of Labor 特記する／引用するd an Ohio nursing home 操作者 for failing to 保護する 労働者s from the coronavirus, the first time that a U.S. 雇用者 was 設立する in 違反 of 連邦の safety 保護s relating to COVID-19.
Healthcare company OHNH EMP LLC, which operates as CommuniCare Health Services, was 特記する／引用するd for 違反s at three Ohio nursing homes. The 操作者 許すd staff to use the same N95 呼吸器械 for up to a week and 欠如（する）d a 包括的な respiratory 保護 計画（する）, の中で other 違反s, the department said on Tuesday.
