North Korea's economy grew for first time in 3 years-S.Korea
SEOUL, July 31 (Reuters) - The economy of 孤立するd North Korea grew for the first time in three years in 2019 as better 天候 条件s 上げるd 刈る 産する／生じるs, but 許可／制裁s 課すd to stop its 核の ambitions kept factory 生産（高） weak, South Korea's central bank said.

The BOK said 生産（高） from 農業, 植林学 and fishe ries which accounts for about a fifth of North Korea's economy 増加するd 1.4% last year, while 産業の 生産／産物 fell 0.9%, に引き続いて a 12.3% 減少（する） in 2018.
