U.S. 取り消すs ビザs of more than 1,000 Chinese 国家のs みなすd 安全 危険s

WASHINGTON/BEIJING, Sept 10 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs has 取り消すd ビザs for more than 1,000 Chinese 国家のs under a 大統領の 手段 否定するing 入ること／参加（者） to students and 研究員s みなすd 安全 危険s, the 明言する／公表する Department said on Wednesday, a move 中国 called a 違反 of human 権利s.
The 事実上の／代理 長，率いる of the U.S. Department of 母国 安全, Chad Wolf, said earlier that Washington was 封鎖するing ビザs "for 確かな Chinese 卒業生（する） students and 研究員s with 関係 to 中国's 軍の fusion 戦略 to 妨げる them from stealing and さもなければ appropriating 極度の慎重さを要する 研究."

Wolf said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs was also "妨げるing goods produced from slave labor from entering our markets, 需要・要求するing that 中国 尊敬（する）・点 the inherent dignity of each human 存在," an 明らかな 言及／関連 to 告訴，告発s of 乱用 of イスラム教徒s in western Xinjiang.
A 明言する／公表する Department spokeswoman said the ビザ 活動／戦闘 followed a May 29 布告／宣言 by 大統領 Donald Trump as part of the U.S. 返答 to 中国's 抑制（する）s on 僕主主義 in Hong Kong.
"As of September 8, 2020, the department has 取り消すd more than 1,000 ビザs of PRC 国家のs who were 設立する to be 支配する to 大統領の 布告／宣言 10043 and therefore ineligible for a ビザ," she said.
She said the ineligible "high-危険 卒業生（する） students and 研究 scholars" were "a small subset" of the Chinese coming to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs for 熟考する／考慮する and 研究, and that 合法的 students and scholars would continue to be welcomed.
About 360,000 Chinese 国家のs 熟考する／考慮する in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, bringing its colleges 重要な 歳入, though the COVID-19 pandemic has 厳しく 混乱に陥れる／中断させるd the return to campus this autum n semester.
In Bejing on Thursday, a foreign 省 広報担当者 述べるd the U.S. move as "naked" political 迫害 and racial 差別 that 本気で 侵害する／違反するd human 権利s.
"中国 reserves the 権利 to make a その上の 返答 on this 問題／発行する," Zhao Lijian told a daily マスコミ 要点説明.
DETERIORATING RELATIONS
中国-U.S. relations have sunk to historic lows with the world's two biggest economies 衝突／不一致ing over 問題／発行するs 範囲ing from 貿易（する） and human 権利s to Hong Kong and the coronavirus.
Trump, who had touted friendly 関係 with Chinese 大統領 Xi Jinping as he sought to make good on 約束s to rebalance a 大規模な 貿易（する） 赤字, has made getting 堅い on 中国 a 重要な part of his （選挙などの）運動をする for re-選挙 on Nov. 3.
He has （刑事）被告 his Democratic 対抗者, Joe Biden, who leads in 国家の opinion 投票s, of 存在 soft toward Beijing.
Some Chinese students 入会させるd in U.S. universities said they learnt of the 取り消しs in emailed notices received on Wednesday from the U.S. 大使館 in Beijing or 領事館s in 中国.
In a WeChat chatrooom, more than 70 支えるもの／所有者s of F-1 ビザs, both postgraduates and undergraduates, said the notices advised them to 捜し出す new ビザs if they 手配中の，お尋ね者 to travel to the U.S.
Many said they were majoring in 支配するs such as science, 科学（工学）技術, 工学 and mathematics. Some said they had 安全な・保証するd bachelor's degrees at Chinese universities with links to the People's 解放 Army.
A final-year undergraduate student of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign 表明するd shock at getting the notice.
The only 推論する／理由 he could think of could be 事前の experience at the Beijing University of 地位，任命するs and 遠隔通信s (BUPT), he said. The university is known for its 弁護 and 安全 科学（工学）技術 研究.
"I 熟考する／考慮するd at BUPT before year two, but I have no 関係s with that university since," he told Reuters, on 条件 of anonymity as the 支配する is 極度の慎重さを要する.
