0-抱擁する 炎 at Beirut port alarms 居住（者）s a month after 大規模な 爆破

BEIRUT, Sept 10 (Reuters) - A large 解雇する／砲火／射撃 爆発するd at Beirut port on Thursday, （海，煙などが）飲み込むing parts of the Lebanese 資本／首都 in a 棺／かげり of smoke weeks after a 大規模な 爆破 荒廃させるd the port and 廃虚d a 列 of the city.
The 炎 began in the 粉々にするd 義務-解放する／自由な zone of the port, 誘発するing some 居住（者）s to 逃げる the city still traumatised by last month's 爆発 that had followed a port 解雇する／砲火／射撃.
Army ヘリコプターs dropped water as firefighters 戦う／戦いd on the ground to bring the 炎 under 支配（する）／統制する. By nightfall, 公式の／役人s said most 炎上s had been 消滅させるd. Smoke still rose from smouldering 難破 but it was far いっそう少なく dense.
The 炎 緊張するd 神経s already on 辛勝する／優位. The city is reeling from the Aug. 4 port 爆破 and the nation is grappling with a 深い 経済的な 危機 that has 提起する／ポーズをとるd the biggest 脅し to Lebanon's 安定 since its 1975-1990 civil war.
"For sure we were 脅すd, it's only been a month since the 爆発 that destroyed Beirut. We saw the same thing happening again," 53-year-old Andre Muarbes said after すす and ash settled on 乗り物s and buildings across parts of the 資本／首都.
Lebanese 大統領 Michel Aoun said at a 会合 of the 最高の Defence 会議 about the 炎 that the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 could have been the result of 破壊行為, technical error or 怠慢，過失, and the 原因（となる） had to be 暴露するd quickly.
Many Lebanese are 失望させるd that they have yet to be told about any 初期の findings from an 調査 into last month's port 爆発 that killed about 190 and 負傷させるd 6,000.
公式の／役人s said no one had been 負傷させるd in Thursday's 解雇する／砲火／射撃 although some 苦しむd shortness of breath.
A source in the 最高の Defence 会議 said the port 長，指導者 told the 会議 in a 報告（する）／憶測 the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 was 原因（となる）d by 修理 welding work. 誘発するs fell on 倉庫／問屋s 蓄える／店ing flammable items, 含むing food items held there by 援助（する） 機関s, the source said, 追加するing that the 軍の police would 調査／捜査する.
A 安全 source had also 非難するd welding work for the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 先行する the Aug. 4 port 爆破.
SHOCK
The Geneva-based International 委員会 of the Red Cross said it had 援助（する） in a 倉庫／問屋 that was on 解雇する／砲火／射撃. "Our 人道的な 操作／手術 危険s to be 本気で 混乱に陥れる／中断させるd," ICRC Middle East director Fabrizio Carboni wrote on Twitter.
Beirut's port is used by 援助（する） 機関s to 供給（する） 難民s in Lebanon and people in need in 隣人ing Syria.
A 軍の source said Thursday's 炎 appeared to have started when cooking oil caught 解雇する／砲火／射撃 and spread to 蓄える／店s of tyres. Television （映画の）フィート数 had shown 炎上s licking up 近づく a pile of tyres in a 倉庫／問屋 廃虚d in last month's 爆発.
Majed Hassanein, 49, was taking his wife and two children out of the 資本／首都 by car during the 高さ of the 炎. "I am 軍隊d to get them out of Beirut from the smoke and the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 that is happening at the port again," he said.
He said his son still 苦しむd from shock from the 爆破 that 廃虚d a 列 of 資本／首都 and left about 300,000 people without habitable homes and 粉々にするing windows across Beirut.
Carmen Geha, an 行動主義者 and assistant professor at the American University of Beirut, said the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 was その上の proof of mismanagement by a 判決，裁定 エリート, who have dragged the nation into 危機 after years of 汚職 and poor governance.
"It's a 甚だしい／１２ダース 罪，犯罪, 重過失 and 甚だしい／１２ダース arrogance," she said. "You can't 信用 them to manage anything."
Firefighters were shown on television 浴びせる／消すing the 解雇する／砲火／射撃 surrounded by mangled remains of 倉庫／問屋s destroyed in last month's 爆発, which was 原因（となる）d by a 蓄える／店 of ammonium nitrate kept in poor 条件 at the port for years.
