India 計画（する）s to 制限する 巡査, aluminium 輸入するs with an 注目する，もくろむ on 中国 -sources

NEW DELHI, Sept 10 (Reuters) - India is planning to raise 監視 of 巡査 and aluminium 輸入するs while developing 政策s to 抑制（する） 出荷／船積みs from 中国 and other Asian nations to 保護する 国内の 生産者s, said two 政府 sources and an 産業 公式の／役人.
公式の／役人s in New Delhi are 推定する／予想するd to soon ask importers to 登録（する） with 当局 as a first step に向かって tighter 支配（する）／統制するs that would 要求する 許すs for individual 出荷／船積みs of the two metals, 政府 sources said. The sources 拒絶する／低下するd to be identified 予定 to the 極度の慎重さを要する nature of the discussions.
The move for greater 審査 is 目的（とする）d at 押し進めるing 経済的な self-依存, the 連邦の 地雷s 省 said in a letter to the 商業 省 late last month. The letter reviewed by Reuters 言及するs to 総理大臣 Narendra Modi's 押し進める to 減ずる 輸入するs and 増加する 輸出（する）s of value-追加するd 製品s.
"The 目的 of (the) system is to have 適する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） ... so that an appropriate 政策 介入 could be 工夫するd," the 地雷s 省 said in the letter.
政府 sources said the 目的（とする） of the tighter 監視 would be to move 巡査 and aluminium 輸入するs の上に a 制限するd items 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）, which would 要求する importers to get a 政府-問題／発行するd license for every 出荷／船積み.
India's 連邦の 地雷s and 商業 省s did not 答える／応じる to requests for comment. "The 審査 will help us 工夫する 政策s like 追加するing one or both the metals to the 制限するd 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of goods as we will have enough data to see what is 存在 捨てるd into the country," one 政府 公式の／役人 said.
中国, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand are の中で the major 輸出業者s of 巡査, accounting for 45% of India's $5 billion in 巡査 輸入するs for 2019/20, 政府 data showed.
India 計画（する）s a 類似の 機械装置 for aluminium 輸入するs, which おもに come from 中国, the sources said.
"中国 is a 抱擁する 脅し for India's aluminium 産業," B.K. Bhatia, 共同の 長官 general at 連合 of Indian Mineral 産業s (FIMI), the country's biggest 採掘 ロビー, told Reuters.
