EU banking 監視者 calls for 選び出す／独身 始める，決める of anti-money laundering 支配するs
LONDON, Sept 10 (Reuters) - The European Union should create a 選び出す／独身 始める，決める of 支配するs that are binding on member 明言する／公表するs to 取引，協定 more 効果的に with money laundering and テロリスト 財政／金融ing, the 圏's banking 監視者 said on Thursday.
The European Banking 当局 (EBA) said 強化するing EU 法律s would plug gaps and 取り組む 相違する 国家の approaches to 適用するing the 圏's 存在するing 支配するs on money laundering (ML) and テロリスト 財政／金融ing (TF).
EU 明言する／公表するs 現在／一般に have room to 解釈する／通訳する the 圏's 支配するs as they have been transposed into 27 始める，決めるs of 国家の 法律s.
A 直接／まっすぐに binding 選び出す／独身 EU 規則 would stop 国家の practices that have had a 重要な 逆の 衝撃 on 妨げるing the 財政上の system from 存在 used for ML/TF 目的s, the EBA said in a 声明.
Such binding 規則 would then mean that 協調 and （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 交流 across the EU 選び出す／独身 market "is no longer the exception, but the 支配する", the EBA said.
