EU 議会's 環境 委員会 支援するs 60% 放出／発行s 削減（する） by 2030

BRUSSELS, Sept 10 (Reuters) - 国会議員s in the European 議会's 環境 委員会 on Thursday 投票（する）d in favour of a 合法的に binding 的 for the European Union to 削減（する） its 温室 gas 放出／発行s by 60% by 2030 compared with 1990 levels.
The EU wants to 昇格 its 2030 放出／発行s cutting 的 to steer its economy に向かって becoming "気候 中立の" by 2050, and lead 全世界の 成果／努力s to 抑制（する） 放出／発行s at a 率 that would 避ける the worst 衝撃s of 気候 change.
Thursday's 投票（する） agreed the 委員会's position on the EU 気候 法律, a 目印 法案 to make the 圏's 気候 goals 合法的に binding.
The 委員会 will rubber stamp its position with another 投票（する） on Friday. The 十分な 議会 is 推定する／予想するd to 投票（する） on the 法律 in 早期に October.
A 60% 的 is more ambitious than the one 存在 considered by the 圏's (n)役員／(a)執行力のある （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 and the 大多数 of EU member 明言する／公表するs, which must also 認可する the 気候 法律.

In Thursday's 投票（する）, the 60% 的 passed with a わずかな／ほっそりした three-投票（する） 大多数, and it not （疑いを）晴らす if it could gather 大多数 support in the 十分な 議会.
But the hope is that if 議会 目的（とする）s high, it could 阻止する 政府s from 試みる／企てるing to water 負かす／撃墜する the final goal, said French 国会議員 Pascal Canfin, who 議長，司会を務めるs the 環境 委員会.
"We all know that 55% is already very ambitious, but that science is even asking for more," he said.
