裁判官 says absentee 投票（する）s in North Carolina must have 証言，証人／目撃する 署名s

LOS ANGELES, Oct 14 (Reuters) - A 連邦の 裁判官 on Wednesday 支配するd that absentee 投票（する）s in the 大統領の battleground 明言する／公表する of North Carolina must have a 証言，証人／目撃する 署名, a 上げる for 共和国の／共和党の groups 捜し出すing to 施行する 厳格な人 支配するs on mail-in 投票（する）ing.

共和国の／共和党の 明言する／公表する 上院議員 Phil Berger said in a 声明: "裁判官 Osteen was 権利 to stop the...排除／予選 of the absentee 投票（する） 証言，証人／目撃する 必要物／必要条件."
In his written 判決，裁定, the 裁判官 許すd 投票者s to 直す／買収する，八百長をする smaller problems with their 投票（する）s, for example if a 証言，証人／目撃する 署名 was in the wrong place.
The Nov. 3 選挙 約束s to be the nation´s largest 実験（する） of 投票（する）ing by mail 予定 to the novel coronavirus pandemic, and 民主党員s and 共和国の／共和党のs are locked in 非常に／多数の 訴訟s that will 形態／調整 how millions of Americans 投票（する） this autumn.
North Carolina, which 共和国の／共和党の 大統領 Donald Trump won by just 3.6 百分率 points in 2016, is one of the most hotly contested battlegrounds in Trump's contest with Democratic 候補者 Joe Biden.
Trump has 繰り返して and without 証拠 said that an 増加する in mail-in 投票（する）s would lead to a 殺到する in 詐欺, although Americans have long 投票（する）d by mail.
