"For all those of you who 投票（する）d for 大統領 Trump, I understand the 失望 tonight. I've lost a couple times myself. But now, let's give each other a chance. It's time to put away the 厳しい rhetoric, lower the 気温, see each other again, listen to each other again," Biden said.
"This is the time to 傷をいやす／和解させる in America," Biden 追加するd.
Biden made an explicit call for 協調 between America's two major 政党s as he 直面するs political dysfunction and 同志／支持者 gridlock in Washington.
