Saudi Arabia finally congratulates Biden on his 勝利，勝つ

RIYADH, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia finally congratulated Joe Biden on Sunday over his 選挙 victory, more than 24 hours after he 敗北・負かすd Donald Trump, who had の近くに personal 関係 with 栄冠を与える Prince Mohammed 貯蔵所 Salman. At 1932 GMT on Sunday, Saudi Arabia's king Salman and his son, the 栄冠を与える prince, congratulated Biden and 副大統領-elect Kamala Harris on winning the 大統領の 選挙, 明言する／公表する news 機関 SPA 報告（する）／憶測d.
"King Salman 賞賛するd the distinguished, historic and の近くに relations between the two friendly countries and their people which everyone looks to 強化する and develop at all levels," SPA 追加するd.

The kingdom may not have to wait long. Neil Quilliam, associate fellow at Britain's Chatham House think-戦車／タンク, said the Biden 行政 would likely 捜し出す to signal 早期に on its discontent with Saudi 国内の and 外交政策s.
"The Saudi leadership is 関心d that a Biden 行政 and a 敵意を持った 議会 will carry out a 十分な review of relations, 含むing re-評価するing defence 関係 and therefore will likely make 肯定的な sounds and moves に向かって ending the Yemen 衝突," he said.

Abu Zaid, a cashier at a supermarket in Riyadh, said he hoped Biden would take a different approach. "I am not happy with the Biden 勝利，勝つ, but I hope he learns from Obama's mistakes and realises that Iran is a ありふれた enemy," he said.
