ECB gives euro zone new 発射 in arm to fight pandemic

FRANKFURT, Dec 10 (Reuters) - The European Central Bank rolled out yet more 刺激 対策 on Thursday to 解除する the 通貨 圏 out of a 二塁打-下落する 後退，不況 and 供給する support to the economy while its 350 million people wait for coronavirus ワクチンs to be （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd.
With many 商売／仕事s shuttered, 失業 殺到するing and 負債 hitting 記録，記録的な／記録する highs, central bank cash has thrown 政府s and 会社／堅いs a lifeline this year but most of 2021 will pass before 重要な 救済 is likely.
Making good on its 約束 to keep supporting the economy during the pandemic, the ECB 配達するd a コンビナート／複合体 一括, spearheaded by a 500 billion euro, nine-month 拡大 of its 緊急 社債 購入（する）s 計画／陰謀, now 価値（がある） 1.85 一兆 euros and 目的（とする）d at keeping 会社／堅いs and 政府s afloat until the economy is ready to 再開する.
But those 対策 did not come easily, sources 伴う／関わるd in the discussion said, and ECB 大統領 Christine Lagarde failed to 安全な・保証する policymakers' 全員一致の support although she was 支援するd by a "large" 大多数.
"It's 決定的な to build that 橋（渡しをする） across the pandemic until we have reached herd 免疫, so that the 経済的な 回復 is 井戸／弁護士席 前進するd and self-支えるing," Lagarde told a news 会議／協議会.
"We have good 推論する／理由s to believe that by the end of 2021, with 不確定 associated with it ... we will have reached 十分な herd 免疫 to hope that ... the economy will begin to 機能（する）／行事 under more normal circumstances."
社債 産する／生じるs インチd up from 最近の lows as the 一括 was 概して in line with 期待s, while the euro was last up 0.3% at $1.2114.
While policymakers were in 協定 over the nine-month 拡張 of 社債 購入（する）s until March 2022, they were 分裂（する） on the size and 結局 met halfway, sources with direct knowledge of the discussion said.
One source said Lagarde 支えるd support for the 一括 by agreeing to say that n ot all of the 1.85 一兆 euros had to be spent and that the ECB could 結局 減ずる 社債 購入（する）s when market 条件s 改善する.

BRIGHTER FUTURE?
