Former 長，率いる of Vatican bank 有罪の of 使い込み，横領, money laundering

VATICAN CITY, Jan 21 (Reuters) - A 法廷，裁判所 on Thursday 罪人／有罪を宣告するd Angelo Caloia, a former 長，率いる of the Vatican bank, on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 使い込み，横領 and money laundering, making him the highest 最高位の Vatican 公式の／役人 to be 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of a 財政上の 罪，犯罪.
Caloia, 81, was 大統領，／社長 of the bank, 公式に known as the 学校／設ける for 作品 of 宗教 (IOR), between 1999 and 2009.
The Vatican 法廷，裁判所 also 罪人／有罪を宣告するd Gabriele Liuzzo, 97, and his son Lamberto Liuzzo, 55, both Italian lawyers who were 顧問s to the bank.
The three were 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 参加するing in a 計画／陰謀 in which they embezzled money while managing the sale of buildings in Italy owned by the bank and its real 広い地所 分割 between 2002-2007.
They 恐らく siphoned off up to 57 million euros by 宣言するing a 調書をとる／予約する value of far いっそう少なく than the actual 量 of the sale.
Gabriele Liuzzo received the same 宣告，判決 as Caloia while Lamberto Liuzzo was 宣告，判決d to five years and two months. All 否定するd 悪事を働くこと during the 裁判，公判, which began in 2018.
非，不，無 were in the tiny Vatican courtroom when the 判決s were read. Caloia's lawyers said they would 控訴，上告. It was not （疑いを）晴らす if the other two 被告s would also 控訴，上告. A fourth 被告, former IOR director general Lelio Scaletti, died several years ago.
The 法廷，裁判所 ordered the sequestering of about 38 million euros in 被告s' bank accounts that were frozen and a 支払い（額） of more than 20 million euros in 損害賠償金 to the IOR and its real 広い地所 company.
