KARACHI, Pakistan, April 4 (Reuters) - Thousands of Pakistanis 急ぐd to get inoculated in the first 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 商業の sales of COVID-19 ワクチンs that began over the 週末, with ワクチン接種 場所／位置s in the southern city of Karachi 説 on Sunday they had already sold out.

The hospital procured 5,000 doses of スプートニク V and in just over two days all its sto ck had been 治めるd or pre-調書をとる／予約するd, said a hospital 公式の／役人 who asked not to be identified.
Companies, 含むing one of Pakistan's largest banks, have also 購入（する）d large 量s to have staff inoculated, the 公式の／役人 said.
The 私的な sales start as the country 取引，協定s with a fresh wave of COVID-19 感染s and healthcare 施設s are 急速な／放蕩な filling to capacity.
