Return the favour: South Korea looks to U.S. for COVID-19 ワクチン 援助(する)

SEOUL, April 21 (Reuters) - South Korea's 外務大臣 said on Wednesday he hopes the 部隊d 明言する/公表するs will help ソウル 演説(する)/住所 its COVID-19 ワクチン 不足 in return for the 実験(する) 道具s and masks it sent to Washington earlier in the pandemic.

The request comes as the South Korean 政府 has come under 解雇する/砲火/射撃 from 地元の マスコミ for not doing enough to 安全な・保証する enough ワクチンs 早期に. It has inoculated just 3% of its 全住民 予定 to tight 全世界の 供給(する) and 限られた/立憲的な 接近.

"We have been 強調する/ストレスing to the U.S. that 'a friend in need is a friend indeed'," Chung Eui-yong told reporters at the Kwanhun Club, a 代表者/国会議員 協会 of 新聞記者/雑誌記者s in South Korea.

The U.S. 大使館 in ソウル did not すぐに reply to a Reuters' request for comment.
