Malaysia's AirAsia to buy Gojek's Thai 商売／仕事 for $50 mln in 株

KUALA LUMPUR/BANGKOK, July 7 (Reuters) - Malaysian 予算 運送／保菌者 AirAsia Group said it will buy Indonesian ride-あられ／賞賛するing and 支払い（額）s 会社／堅い Gojek's Thailand 商売／仕事 in a 在庫／株 交換（する）, giving Gojek a 4.76% 火刑／賭ける in the 航空機による's lifestyle 壇・綱領・公約.
AirAsia will acquire Gojek's 商売／仕事 in return for $50 million 価値（がある） of 株 in AirAsia SuperApp, valuing the 分割 at around $1 billion, more than the pandemic-攻撃する，衝突する 航空機による's 現在の market value of $868 million at a time when it has been looking to raise more 資本／首都.

"But the 投機・賭ける 直面するs stiff 競争 in food 配達／演説／出産 from the likes of Line Man, which received a major 資本／首都 上げる last year. (Singapore's) 得る，とらえる has strong position in ride-あられ／賞賛するing and Estonia's Bolt is growing its market 株," she said.
Gojek's Thai 商売／仕事, which 含むs ride-あられ／賞賛するing, food 配達／演説／出産 and 支払い（額）s, is its smallest overseas 操作／手術 and has a far smaller 株 of that market than food 配達／演説／出産 leader 得る，とらえる.
