Foreign 使節団s in Afghanistan call for Taliban 停戦
KABUL, July 19 (Reuters) - Fifteen 外交の 使節団s and the 北大西洋条約機構 代表者／国会議員 in Afghanistan 勧めるd the Taliban on Monday to 停止（させる） their 軍の 不快な／攻撃s, just hours after the 謀反のs and the Afghan 政府 failed to agree on a 停戦 at 会談 in Doha.
A 代表 of Afghan leaders met the Taliban's political leadership in the Qatari 資本／首都 over the 週末. But in a 声明 late on Sunday, the Taliban made no について言及する of a 停止（させる） to Afghanistan's 増大するing 暴力／激しさ.
"This Eid al-Adha, the Taliban should lay 負かす／撃墜する their 武器s for good and show the world their かかわり合い to the peace 過程," the 15 使節団s and the 北大西洋条約機構 代表者／国会議員 said, referring to Tuesday's イスラム教徒 holiday in Afghanistan.
The 声明 was supported by Australia, Canada, the Czech 共和国, Denmark, the European Union 代表, Finland, フラン, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Britain and the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and 北大西洋条約機構's 上級の 非軍事の 代表者／国会議員.
Over 最近の Eid holidays, the Taliban have called short 停戦s, 説 they 手配中の，お尋ね者 to let Afghans spend them in peace.
This time there has been no such 告示 as the Taliban make swift 領土の 伸び（る）s in 近づく-前例のない levels of fighting 全国的な as U.S.-led foreign 軍隊s 完全にする their 撤退 after 20 years of fighting.
Monday's 声明 also 非難するd 権利s 違反s, such as 成果／努力s to shut schools and マスコミ 出口s in areas recently 逮捕（する）d by the Taliban. The 交戦的なs have 以前 否定するd such 活動／戦闘s.
'SEEKING A SETTLEMENT'
The Taliban said on Monday they had 逮捕（する）d the Dehrawood 地区 in Uruzgan 州, 南西 of Kabul, after 激しい 衝突／不一致s with 政府 軍隊s the previous night. 地方の 公式の／役人s 確認するd the Taliban 前進する.
In the northern 州 of Samangan, 安全 軍隊s managed to ひったくる Dara-e-Sof Bala 地区 支援する from 謀反のs, the 軍の in the area said, 追加するing that 24 Taliban 闘士，戦闘機s, 含むing a 影をつくる／尾行する 地区 知事 and two 指揮官s, had been killed.
衝突／不一致s were going on there on Monday.

大統領 Ashraf Ghani on Monday visited the 地方の 資本／首都 of Herat 州 in the west. The Taliban have 逮捕（する）d all 17 of the 州's 地区s in 最近の days barring the 資本／首都, Herat city, which is under 包囲.
In Doha, political leaders and the Taliban discussed a 解決／入植地 to end the 衝突, the chairman of a 会議 for peace Abdullah Abdullah, who took part in the 会談, said on Monday.
"We agreed to continue the 会談, 捜し出す a political 解決／入植地 to the 現在の 危機, 避ける 非軍事の 死傷者s, 容易にする 人道的な 援助 and 医療の 供給（する）s to 取り組む COVID-19 pandemic," he said on Twitter.
In a 声明 late on Sunday, the Taliban said: "Both 味方するs agreed upon the need for 探検隊／遠征隊 in the peace 会談, ーするために find a fair and 永久の 解答 for the 現在の 問題／発行する in Afghanistan as soon as possible."
Peace 会談 between the Taliban and 目だつ Afghans from the 政府 味方する started in September last year but have failed to make any 進歩.
The Taliban's 広報担当者 in Doha, Mohammed Naeem, 否定するd マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測s that the 謀反の group had agreed to an Eid 停戦 in 交流 for the 解放（する） of its 囚人s.
On Monday, U.S. special （外交）使節／代表 Zalmay Khalilzad travelled to Islamabad and met Pakistan's 首相 and army 長，指導者.
