UBS 仲買業 支払う／賃金s $8 million to settle U.S. SEC 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s, SEC says

WASHINGTON, July 19 (Reuters) - The 仲買業 arm of UBS Group AG agreed to 支払う／賃金 $8 million to settle 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s made by the U.S. 安全s regulator over 同意／服従 失敗s 関係のある to the sales of a volatility-linked, 交流-貿易（する）d 製品, the regulator said on Monday.
The U.S. 安全s and 交流 （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 (SEC) 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d UBS with failing to 制限する its 助言者s from selling a コンビナート／複合体 製品, which was not suitable to be held for 延長するd periods, for two years beginning in January 2016.
The 解決／入植地 is the sixth 施行 活動／戦闘 stemming from an 機関 率先 的ing 投資 助言者s' sales of 確かな 交流-貿易（する）d 製品s to 小売 投資家s.
The SEC said some 財政上の 助言者s had a 欠陥d understanding of the appropriate use of such a 製品, 購入（する）ing and 持つ／拘留するing the 製品 in （弁護士の）依頼人 accounts for 非常に長い periods that resulted in "meaningful losses".
A spokesperson for UBS, which neither 否定するd nor 認める to the SEC's 主張s, said the 会社／堅い was "pleased to have 解決するd this 事柄".
