In a first under Biden, 抑留者 transferred out of Guantanamo Bay

WASHINGTON, July 19 (Reuters) - 大統領 Joe Biden's 行政 said on Monday that it had transferred its first 抑留者 from the U.S. 軍の 刑務所，拘置所 at Guantanamo Bay, a Moroccan man 拘留するd since 2002, lowering the 全住民 at the 施設 to 39.
Abdul Latif Nasir, 56, was 本国に送還するd to Morocco.
