More than 40,000 war-負傷させるd 扱う／治療するd in Afghanistan since June -Red Cross
GENEVA, Aug 17 (Reuters) - More than 40,000 people 負傷させるd during fighting in Afghanistan have been 扱う／治療するd since June at health 施設s supported by the International 委員会 of the Red Cross (ICRC), 含むing 7,600 so far this month, the 援助（する） 機関 said on Tuesday.
During the first 10 days of August ICRC 扱う／治療するd 4,042 負傷させるd, meaning that more than 3,500 were 扱う／治療するd in the past week alone as the Taliban 逮捕（する）d large 列s of 領土 含むing the 資本／首都, Kabul, which fell to the 謀反のs without a fight.
ICRC director-general Robert Mardini 発言する／表明するd 救済 that "破滅的な 都市の 戦争" was 避けるd in Kabul when the Taliban 闘士，戦闘機s 前進するd into the city.
