Deutsche 地位，任命する to acquire sea freight forwarder Hillebrand for $1.8 bln
DUESSELDORF, Aug 17 (Reuters) - Deutsche 地位，任命する said on Tuesday it was acquiring ocean freight forwarder J.F. Hillebrand Group for 1.5 billion euros ($1.8 billion) in cash, as part of a 戦略 to 強化する its 核心 兵たん業務 操作／手術s.
The move comes as 不足s of freight capacity - both ocean and 空気／公表する - have 押し進めるd up shipping costs globally, with the coronavirus pandemic also 延長するing port waiting times 予定 to 労働 不足s and traffic disruptions.
