EU: we'll have to talk to the Taliban even if we don't 認める them
BRUSSELS, Aug 17 (Reuters) - The European Union will have to engage with the Taliban to 供給する support to the Afghan people even if it does not 認める them as 合法的 支配者s of the country, the 圏's 外交政策 長，指導者 said on Tuesday.
