BRUSSELS, Aug 17 (Reuters) - The EU will only 協力する with the Taliban if they 尊敬(する)・点 根底となる 権利s, 含むing those of women, and 妨げる the use of Afghanistan's 領土 by テロリストs, the 圏's 外交政策 長,指導者 said on Tuesday.
