Smugglers 偽の ship 身元s to 避ける North Korea 許可／制裁s - 研究 報告（する）／憶測

SEOUL, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Smugglers 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd of 避けるing 許可／制裁s on North Korea have turned to 計画／陰謀s to create fraudulent 身元s for 許可／制裁d ships, a U.S.-based 研究 group said in a 報告（する）／憶測 解放（する）d on Thursday.
