MADRID, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The Spanish police said on Thursday it had 逮捕（する）d the former 長，率いる of Venezuela's 軍の 知能 部隊, Hugo Carvajal, who had been in hiding since a Spanish 法廷，裁判所 認可するd his 国外逃亡犯人の引渡し to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs almost two years ago.
