'2. Cycling. I’m not doing much 演習 atm, but cycling is good because it not only gets you from A to B v quickly, it also gets me moving my 団体／死体 and I’m looking to 徐々に build in a bit of cardio whilst also growing those 信用 quad muscles that 減らすd at a 早い 率 when I was ill (I never know when I’ll next need the extra 負わせる and muscle).
