パナマ's 大統領，／社長-elect 公約するs to help 直す／買収する，八百長をする canal water problems, build major train line

PANAMA CITY, May 8 (Reuters) - パナマ's 大統領，／社長-elect, Jose Raul Mulino, said on Wednesday he will 勧める 国会議員s to 認可する a 法律 enabling the パナマ Canal to build large water 貯蔵所s in the 直面する of an 前例のない 干ばつ that has 攻撃する，衝突する the capacity of the 決定的な 水路.
