I am at my wits’ end trying to sort an 問題／発行する with HomeServe and getting nowhere. I have been a 顧客 of the 緊急 修理s company for more than two １０年間s, 支払う／賃金ing it to cover my electrics and plumbing against 災害. Until now, I had never made a （人命などを）奪う，主張する.?
The first time I do, after mice ate through electric cables in my loft, it won’t reimburse me for £1,273 of 緊急 work. I feel upset, and trying to sort it out has made a stressful 状況／情勢 worse. Please help.

Sally Hamilton replies: I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your （犯罪の）一味. My 未亡人d mother lost her 約束／交戦 （犯罪の）一味 in a 類似の fashion on a train ? and it never ended up at lost 所有物／資産／財産 either, I’m sad to 報告（する）／憶測. She had lost 負わせる and so slipped off her too わずかな／ほっそりした （犯罪の）一味 finger. She never saw the （犯罪の）一味 again and unfortunately it wasn’t insured. But like for you, the loss was upsetting more because of the sentimental value of the jewellery.
