ANALYSIS BY MICHAEL COLE: Prince Harry is playing a game that can only have one 勝利者... and it won't be him

It's （疑いを）晴らす that Prince Harry is now 存在 'produced'. The 大多数 of his 'public 外見s' are not public 外見s at all but carefully choreographed ビデオ recordings played into events where his 指名する on the 招待 has been the main attraction.

There may be more than one 推論する／理由 the Prince is distancing himself from 'live' events but one is certainly an 苦悩 on his and his wife's part that he could be 直面するd by people he does not wish to see and questions he would rather not 演説（する）／住所. And would not know how to 扱う either.

In Britain, the 人気 of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has dwindled 速く since they chose to go into self-課すd 追放する, in Canada 最初, then California. But even in America, where they were at first very popular, their 是認 ratings have been dropping as 速く as the 温度計 in 中央の-winter.

And then there is the very real 可能性 of a マスコミ 'Gotcha' -- someone with a microphone asking a 挑発的な question or throwing an 侮辱 ーするために get a reaction from the Prince that would 獲得する millions of social マスコミ 攻撃する，衝突するs 世界的な.

It is obvious that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are 井戸／弁護士席 aware of the 不賛成, 敵意 and contempt they have incurred の中で many people by their words and 活動／戦闘s since they left Britain and they 明確に do not wish take any 危険s of a 対決 they cannot 支配（する）／統制する - let alone stop.

It is all 負かす／撃墜する to '支配（する）／統制する'. With her Hollywood background, Meghan Markle is 決定するd to 'curate' the way in which the world sees her and her husband. 'Live' events cannot be 完全に controlled. That is what we are seeing here. Uber 支配（する）／統制する at work, with Meghan pulling the Prince 's strings, advising him what to do and how to do it, leaving nothing to chance, even if that means failing to show up at a live event.

But Prince Harry is playing a game that can only have one 勝利者 - and it won't be him. He's 貿易（する）ing on his 王室の status for money and then failing to 配達する. This will not only 減らす his personal 評判, it will be disappointing people who have paid good money to see or hear him.

And that is a very bad idea.

When it happens, it always ends in 涙／ほころびs. The Duchess of Edinburgh had to give up her PR 商売／仕事 in contentious circumstances when a newspaper sting 明らかにする／漏らすd she was 貿易（する）ing on her marriage to the late Queen's third son, Prince Edward. Peter Phillip, the late Queen's first grandchild, was 厳しく criticised for advertising milk on Chinese television. Prince Michael of Kent created disquiet by 許すing his 指名する to appear on the letter 長，率いるs of companies which were then 明らかにする／漏らすd to be 疑わしい in one way or another.

Prince Harry's USP -- his Unique Selling Point -- is that he is the younger son of King Charles III and the late Diana, Princess of むちの跡s, and as such he is fifth in line to the British 王位. Essentially, that is all he has to sell. He has become a good public （衆議院の）議長 but he would not be getting those speaking gigs but for his 王室の status.

If it becomes （疑いを）晴らす to people that he is a '王室の for 雇う', he will 速く lose his lustre. It is often said that familiarity 産む／飼育するs contempt. If he is not very careful about the things he chooses to do, and who he 作品 with, he runs the 危険 of 存在 associated with people and 事業／計画（する）s that 証明する to be unworthy in one way or another.

非，不，無 of this would be happening if he were still a working member of the 王室の Family. He would have no need to earn his living on a daily basis and what he did and how he did it would have been decided in the general 利益／興味s of the 君主国, the country and the British people. Now, he has a wife and family to support and a very expensive lifestyle.

安全 alone is 燃やすing through a lot of money; three 転換s a day of burly men to 保護する the 丘の頂上 Camelot of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Montecito, north of Los Angeles, is 極端に expensive, 365 days a year.

But it would be a 墓／厳粛／彫る／重大な mistake for the Prince to spread himself too thin, 調印 up to 促進する or 参加する in 事業／計画（する）s that are not worthy of a Prince of the 王室の 血.

If he then doesn't turn up - or fails to come through on his 味方する of the 取引，協定, as it would be seen in Hollywood -- he will find that the 申し込む／申し出s will 中止する to come and his income stream will 速く 乾燥した，日照りの up. And that would create real problems, not just for himself but for the 高度に ambitious Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, who has big 計画（する）s of her own.
