'No 外科, no gimmicks, no pills': How unflattering family photograph 奮起させるd obese nurse to lose 200lb in a year
A woman from Oklahoma has lost almost half her bodyweight after catching sight of herself in an unflattering family photograph.
Traci Tate, who 重さを計るd 400lb at her largest , had been browsing albums with her sister when she (機の)カム across the image 早期に year.

'I did it with no 外科, no gimmicks, no pills,' she said. 'I'm just making smarter choices with my life.'

The race took place in October and she finished it in a respectable 47 minutes.
Now she is training for a 13.1mile half-マラソン in Oklahoma on May 1.
