Perfect for parties: Baby roast potatoes with hot smoked trout and dill cream

Makes 20

  • 10 small new potatoes
  • 2tbsp olive oil

For the smoked trout and dill cream

  • 125g (4?oz) cream cheese with chives
  • 1tsp creamed horseradish
  • 1tbsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tsp pink peppercorns, 加える extra to garnish
  • 4tbsp finely chopped dill, 加える extra to garnish
  • 125g (4?oz) hot-smoked trout, 肌 除去するd
  • 2tbsp salmon 魚の卵 (from supermarkets)

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. Place the potatoes into a roasting tin and 霧雨 over the oil. Season 井戸/弁護士席 and 投げ上げる/ボディチェックする gently to mix everything together.
