Two 労働者s, who were 雇うd by an outside 契約ing 会社／堅い for 火星 Wrig ley, fell into the 部分的に／不公平に filled 戦車／タンク at the Dove Chocolate Factory in Elizabethtown while doing 維持／整備 work. While equipped with safety gear, milk chocolate melts at about 113F (45C), which can leave first degree 燃やすs on 肌. The vat was used to mix 成分s for Dove chocolate (pictured), produced by 火星 Wrigley. 火星 Wrigley also produces popular brands 含むing M&Ms, Snickers and Twix.

OSHA categorized the citation as 'serious' and said: 'The 雇用者 did not furnish 雇用 and a place of 雇用 which were 解放する／自由な from 認めるd hazards that were 原因（となる）ing or likely to 原因（となる） death or serious physical 害（を与える） to 従業員s.' 火星 Wrigley was 最初 罰金d $11,396 on 29 December 2022, which was 改訂するd to $14,502 on 10 February 2023.
